GM - Mouse Enhancements

Middle mouse button double click and scroll everywhere features.

Runs on Windows 2000 | XP | 7 | 8 | 10, 32-Bit or 64-Bit. 32-Bit and 64-Bit versions are both included in the same setup.

Features:

Task bar context menu to enable/disable features.
Middle mouse button double click.
Mouse wheel scrolls every window beneath the mouse pointer without clicking into it. This allows scrolling of background windows without giving them the focus.
Simple and lean implementation.
Complete source code included.
Source code compiles with FreePascal 2.7.x.
No third party units or components are needed to compile the source code.

Note:

The mouse enhancement DLL executes in the context of the logged on user. So applications running on elevated (administrator) level will not be affected by the features of the mouse enhancement DLL.
